Multi-Partner Health Collaborative

Foundation for a Healthy North Dakota, American Heart Association, and North Dakota Health & Human Services teamed up to create a new public health collaborative that builds bridges for a healthier North Dakota. The Multi-Partner Health Collaborative (MPHC) advocates for sustainable resources and increasing access to options that foster health and wellness throughout our state with the vision of North Dakota becoming the healthiest state in the nation.

We’re building a steering committee and are currently accepting applications.

Why

Our vision is to make North Dakota the healthiest state in the nation by collaborating to bring resources and community-wide approaches to prevent, treat and manage public health priorities.

What

The MPHC will synergize with community members to equitably enhance the health and community wellness of all North Dakotans. The Steering Committee guides and supports the four goal groups, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with the mission, vision, purpose and values of the MPHC.

How

Collaborate with community members, non-profit organizations, non-government organizations, healthcare systems, businesses, and governmental agencies, to equitably enhance the health of all North Dakotans.

Who

Individuals residing in or dedicated to North Dakota, who feel capable of fostering collaboration and driving positive change. People from diverse industries and non-traditional partners are integral. Ideal candidates are also committed, engaged, and willing to work within a consensus-based decision-making framework to advance the health and well-being of all North Dakotans.
